Its a common, and unfixeable error on renpy games:
When a sprite is too big (for example, something bigger than a background, and zoomed in) SOMETIMES it may break like that. It usually happens on slower computers and old/slow phones.
I have never seen that this happened with this specific image so far, I will lower the size of this one on next update.
thats really strange, my pc is not the best machine in the mortal plane but neither the worst i have played thousands of games using the renpy engine in my pc that are more heavier than this one and the lewdest house is the only game that give me this problem, maybe is the resolution of my screen? i even downloaded the apk for my phone (its a very old and low phone) and besides the lag it dont have this sprite problem.i have to clarify too that this problem only comes when a special scene shows up (like nude images or sex interactions)

yeah i have the same problem... not with the image at the menu but with some +18 scenes in the game where the sprites are going crazy... i love the game but its the only renpy game that actually haves that problem

Hmm, it looks like you put the game’s files in the folder of an older version, try deleting the file gui.rpy on folder “game”
It a new error appears again, keep deleting the .rpy file that it says you have twice, (deleting the oldest one, on folder “game”.

If that doesnt work, or dont want to mess up, you could also delete the game files, and extract the latest dowbload again, a clean installation, without duplicated older files.
I copied the save folder to another location, and then deleted the games from my computer and installed the update. No problems and it allowed me to continue at the latest save point, so all is well. Thanks for looking into it so quickly. I also saw the show that inspired your game. You have quite the imagination.

So, few days ago i completed the finished portion of the game (chapter 1 and part of chapter 2) and I came up with a rather interesting theory ( maybe it was obvious the whole time and I'm just stupid).(also sorry for my bad english)
My theory is that Lisa has something to do with the relationship between Lincoln and Lynn. If you remember in the first chapter Lisa gave Lincoln some sort of energy potion (I don't remember the name of it) she made it to help him practice running with Lynn for her race. He saved it and drank it after the race started to catch up with Lynn when she was running. That means Lynn was the first one who saw him right after he drank it and this is also the part when Lynn started to act "strangely". So my theory is this: At the end of chapter 1 we got the scene where Lisa finds out that Lily drank that energy potion and the potion she gave to Lincoln was something else. So I think what she accidently gave to Lincoln was some sort of love potion which will cause if you drink the first one to see you will fall in love with you. (Maybe she made it to help the relationship between Lincoln and Ronnie Anne) So when Lincoln drank it and Lynn was the first one to see him after that it caused to Lynn fall in love with Lincoln. Tell me what you think about that theory and as I said maybe it was obvious the whole time and I'm just stupid. And again sorry for my bad english
I think that Lynn loved Lincoln from the beginning but she could not accept it and this potion made her feelings more opened and explicit, so she finally accepted her feelings

The UI was fluent, the story for the first chapter was just sweet and flowed well for a visual novel. Im amazed. Like genuinely amazed. Na mesma noite que eu achei este jogo estava prestes a me suicid@r, mas este jogo me deu um motivo pra acordar e esperar, parece idiota mas passei por muita coisa e fui um fraco nos momentos mais importantes, mas agora terei um motivo para me esforçar, admito que baixei este jogo por outro site, um site que traduziu para português Br, mas agora que sei que este é o site original estarei esperando o capitulo 2 ansioso, e, enquanto não sai, irei conseguir dinheiro para comprar este jogo para poder ajudar no desenvolvimento desta magnifica obra de arte.

Juego brutal, realmente captaste la personalidad de los personajes en el texto, una pregunta ¿Planeas utilizar algún tipo de IA o actriz de voz para ponerle voces a los personajes (a excepción de Lincoln) o solo tienes pensado agregar música y efectos de sonido?
Si creas un "mod" sería completamente legal, o sea, crear un archivo a parte que no venga con el juego base, además , hay un tipo que está haciendo directos con una IA con la voz de todos los personajes de Bob esponja las 24 horas del día (de vez en cuando dicen cosas muy groseras y no parece tener muchos problemas) y puede hacerlo porque el vídeo es gratis y se sostiene en donaciones, según entendí no puedes usar una ia para imitar una voz y vender cosas imitando la voz de alguien más, pero si puedes hacerlo gratis o por medio de donaciones, porque en ese caso se considera que la gente te está apoyando a ti como creador, y no por ese archivo en específico, por ejemplo, que en tu discord alguien comparta un mod así para el juego no es ilegal, aunque entiendo que no quieras hacerlo si no estás seguro, tampoco es necesario que seas tu, solo que alguien tenga las ganas de crear un mod así para tu juego!
El tema es la edad de los actores de voz…
Podría meterme en problemas muchos mas grandes de lo normal. Recuerda que en la serie en varias ocaciones cambiaron de actores porque llegaban a la pubertad y le cambiaban la voz jajaja.
A nivel legal es complicado, y a nivel ético extremadamente cuestionable.
Planeo en algun momento comisionar a algunas chicas que puedan imitar bien la voz o que encajen con algunos personajes.

Los nombres (de usuario) de los supporters son agregados permanentemente a la sección de agradrcimientos esoeciales dentro del juego.
